Production

Products are manufactured through annual contracts (but also in series production) and are usually delivered from stock, where Flexogent can flexibly meet your needs on demand. Meeting high expectations is our daily practice!

Products are produced using 6- to 8-spindle machines from well-known brands such as Index, Schutte, Mori Seiki, Gildemeister, etc. Single-spindle lathes, transfer machines, and manually operated lathes are also available.

Materials

Our machinery and equipment enable us to produce turned parts ranging from simple to highly complex specifications. Production takes place using hexagonal, round, square, hollow rod, and wire rods with dimensions ranging from 0.1 mm to 100 mm in virtually any metal/alloy.
